STUDIO AUDIENCE:
Due to studio space, please request your
FREE Studio Audience Tickets by filling out
and submitting the
FREE TICKETS to the SHOW! form below or
E-mailing us directly at info@CreativeBooksAndMusic.com. Then you will receive an E-mail with a FREE
E-TICKET to the Show. Please bring your ticket on the day of the show.

TALENT RELEASE FORM
When you arrive at the studio, you will need to sign a
"Talent Release Form"
from CMNTV and from Creative Books and Music, L.L.C., to be in the studio
audience, even if you do not appear on the videotaped program.
You may just be an audience member and not appear on the videotaped
program, or you may choose to be part of the "Question/Answer" segment
and your image and/or voice might appear on the videotaped program.
All studio audience members and guests need to sign the
"Talent Release Form"
to participate in the videotaping of the show because these programs are then
aired publicly.
You may also send an E-mail to:

studio audience member. Or, you may contact Creative Books and Music, L.L.C., at

for people to share their expertise in helping people to discover their power to
succeed!

resume as an attached

Please note: All requests to be a
future guest on the show will be considered. A request does NOT
guarantee that you will be a guest. Many factors are considered and guests
are selected based on the decision of Creative Books and Music, L.L.C.,
